Before I start, I have to say I HATE SEAFOOD. Moving on, I made these last week. I thought they’d be bigger for some reason, but instead they were adorable bite-sized poppers! I admit, I didn’t even eat a whole one (see 1st sentance above). BUT, dear DH who would list crab on his favorite foods list positively loved them, and ate every single one. “It’s real crab” he sounded surprised. “Of course dear, I spent half the afternoon cracking shells and pulling out the meat.” lol. Needless to say, these were super easy and I’ll be making them for DH again soon.
