Every week, I made some sort of excuse why I couldn't...no thermometer to measure liquid temperature...intimidated by the "steaming" process....don't have enough racks for all 3 levels of pan/water. Today, I gave up my perfectionism and did it. It is SO GOOD. I will be making this over and over. Tonight it's being served with our leftover lasagna rolls.
